摘要
枯草芽孢杆菌(Bacillus subtilis)可产生多种抗菌蛋白、抗生素及酶类抗菌物质,对多种植物病原真菌有良好的防治效果。通过从土壤中分离抑真菌活性的枯草芽孢杆菌,并进行UV-NaNO2物理化学联合诱变,获得一株对腐霉病菌(Pythium aphanidermatum)具有较强拮抗作用的菌株。突变菌株的生长速率、耐高温性均较出发菌株有较大提高,盆栽试验表明诱变菌株较出发菌株对腐霉病菌引发的黄瓜腐霉病具有更好的防治作用。
Bacillus subtilis can produce a variety of antibacterial protein, antibiotics and antibacterial substances,which have fine control efficiency for plant pathogenic fungi. An antagonistic bacterium strain was obtained by isolating the antifungal activity from the soil and UV-NaNO2 combination mutagenesis. A strain with strong antagonism to Pythium aphanidermatum was obtained. The growth rate and heat resistance was highly improved than those of the original strain. The result showed that the strain had better controling effect against Pythium aphanidermatum.
