两种青海野生沙棘对干旱胁迫的响应及其抗旱性评价 被引量:3

摘要 以青海野生中国沙棘(Hippophae rhamnoides subsp.sinensis)和肋果沙棘(Hipphae neurocarpa)的盆栽苗为试验材料,研究不同程度的干旱胁迫处理对两种沙棘叶片生理生化指标的影响,并利用隶属函数法综合评价2种沙棘的抗旱性。结果表明,随着干旱胁迫程度的增加,两种沙棘的叶片相对含水量呈下降的趋势;膜透性、MDA含量、脯氨酸含量、甜菜碱含量及CAT酶活性呈增加的趋势;可溶性糖含量呈先降后升的趋势;可溶性蛋白质含量、SOD酶和POD酶活性呈先升后降的趋势。采用隶属函数法综合评价两种沙棘的抗旱性,结果表明中国沙棘的抗旱性高于肋果沙棘。 In order to investigate the adaptability to drought stress and evaluate the drought resistance ability of wild Hip- pophae rhamnoides subsp, sinensis and Hipphae neurocarpa in Qinghai province, the physiological and biochemical indexes of two species of Seabuckthron were studied. The drought resistance ability of two species of Seabuckthron was evaluated with subordinate function. The results showed that with the increase of drought stress, the RWC was decreased while relative cell membrane conductivity,MDA content, proline content,betaine content and CAT activity were increased. Soluble sugar content decreased first and then increased. Soluble protein content, SOD activity and POD activity increased first and then decreased. The result of comprehensive evaluation with subordinate function showed that the drought-resistant of Hippophae rhamnoides subsp, sinensiz was higher than that of ttipphae neurocarpa.
