摘要
为了研究胭脂鱼(Myxocyprinus asiaticus)苗种培育池水质变化的特点,加强苗种池水质的管理,提高胭脂鱼苗种培育的水平,2010年4~5月对四川省农业科学院水产研究所宜宾科研基地的两口胭脂鱼苗培育池(11#和14#池塘)的水温(T)、溶解氧(DO)、pH、铵氮(NH4+-N)、亚硝酸氮(NO2--N)、硝酸氮(NQ--N)、有效磷(PO43--p)和化学耗氧量(COD)等指标在苗种培育期间的变化进行了较为全面、系统的调查研究.结果表明,胭脂鱼苗种培育池水温随环境温度的升高而逐渐升高(16.00~27.08℃);pH呈先升高后降低的趋势(7.62~9.31);DO、COD、NH4+-N、PO43--p、NO3--N、NO2--N等均在合理范围内,且NO3--N和NO2--N含量相对较低.在本试验采取的养殖方式下,胭脂鱼苗种培育池的水质较好,但也必须注意其肥度控制,同时适时补注新水,保持其水质良好.
The water temperature (T),dissolved oxygen (DO), pH, ammonia-nitrogen (NH4+-N), nitrite nitrogen (NO2-N), nitrate nitrogen (NO3--N), phosphate phospho (PO4 --P)and chemical oxygen demand (COD) in rearing ponds of Myxocyprinus asiaticus larvae were investigated in Yibin scientific research depot of Fish Reseach Institute of Sichuan province from April to May 2010. The results showed that water temperature was varied from 16.00-27.08 ℃, increasing with the increase of environment temperature, pH was fluctuated between 7.62 and 9.31, increasing first and then decreasing. Concentrations of DO.COD,NH4+-N,PO43--P,NO3--N,NO2--N were in the reasonable range contents of NO3--N and NO2--N were relatively low. Under this condition, rearing ponds water quality of Myxocyprinus asiaticus larvae was good. It must be noted that the fertility should be controlled and fresh water should be timely recharged to keep the water quality good.
