11种杀菌剂对小麦赤霉病菌的抑制作用 被引量:5

摘要 采用菌丝生长速率法,测定了11种杀菌剂对小麦赤霉病菌(FusaHum graminearum)的抑制作用。结果表明,小麦赤霉病菌对氟啶胺最为敏感,EC50为0.062 0 mg/L;其次是噻菌灵、烯唑醇、苯醚甲环,EC50分别为0.411 0、0.842 4、1.453 4 mg/L;嘧菌环胺、嘧霉胺的抑菌效果较差,EC50分别为78.312 8、211.774 1mg/L。 Using mycelium growth rate method,the inhibitory activities of eleven fungicides against Fusarium graminearum Schw from wheat were determined. The results showed that fluazinam had the strongest inhibition with EC50 of 0.062 0 mg/L. The second were probenazole, diniconazole and difenoconazole, with EC50 of 0.411 0,0.842 4 and 1.453 4mg/L, respectively. Cyprodinil and pyrimethanil had poor inhibitory effect with EC50 of 78.3128 and 211.774 1 mg/L, respectiv61y.
