摘要
以中农8号黄瓜为试验材料,采用白色聚乙烯膜进行果实套袋,研究了套袋对中农8号黄瓜发育和品质的影响.结果表明,在黄瓜瓜长为6~8 cm时套袋最佳,与对照相比,套袋处理黄瓜的瓜长、瓜径、瓜重和生长率分别提高了21.6%、17.1%、64.4%和45.0%;黄瓜果皮叶绿素a和叶绿素b含量分别比对照提高了6.85 μg/mL和4.01 μg/mL;黄瓜VC含量较对照提高了19.64 mg/(100 g);套袋能提高黄瓜的水分和可溶性固形物含量,且畸形瓜率降低了44.53%,黄瓜的感官品质也有明显提高.
The effects of bagging on growth and quality of cucumber was studied using cucumber "Zhongnong NO.8" as ma- terial and bagged fruit with PVC pellicle. Results showed that the best bagging time was the length of cucumber being 6~8 cm. Compared with the contrast, the length, diameter, weight and growth rate of melon was increased by 21.6%, 17.1%, 64.4% and 45%,respectively. Chlorophyll a and chlorophyll b were increased by 6.58 μg/mL and 4.01 μg/mL. The VC con- tent was increased by 19.64 mg/100 g. Bagging improved the content of water and soluble solids of cucumber. The deformed fruit rate decreased by 44.53%, with the improved sensory quality.
