野生大草乌中总黄酮的提取与抗氧化性分析 被引量:1

摘要 以石油醚脱脂、乙醇回流提取云南个旧野生大草乌(Aconitum vilmorinianum)中总黄酮,以芦丁为对照用紫外分光光度法测定了大草乌中总黄酮含量,研究了不同乙醇体积分数、回流时间对总黄酮提取的影响,采用邻苯三酚自氧化测定其抗氧化性。结果表明,用70%乙醇回流提取3 h,大草乌总黄酮含量最高,为1.457%。大草乌总黄酮对超氧阴离子自由基有明显的清除作用,清除率为34.49%。 Total flavonoids of wild Aconitum vilmorinianum in Gejiu city, Yunnan province were extracted with petroleum ether derosination and ethanol circumfluence. The content of total flavonoids in Aconitum vilmorinianum were detected with ultraviolet spectrophotometry using rutin as reference. The effects of ethanol concentrations and circumfluence times on the ex- traction of total flavonoids were studied. The anti-oxidation of total flavonoids was investigated by spontaneous oxidation of pyrogallol. Results showed that, the content of total flavonoids in Aconitum vilmorinianum was about 1.457% when it was ex- tracted by 70% ethanol circumfluence for 3 hours. The total flavonoids in Aconitum vilmorinianum had obviously eliminating action to superoxide anion free radicals, with a clearance of 34.49%.
