摘要
自主学习是以人本主义心理学为基础的学习理论,是学习者在教师的特定指导下,依据自己的实际情况,确定学习内容、学习目标,并自主监控学习过程、自行评价学习成效,以实现自觉、自主学习的理论模式。影响大学生自主学习的非智力因素包括自我效能感、归因、态度情感与动机、自我概念等。为此,应采取培训多元化的自主学习策略、激励养成良好的自主学习习惯、开展自主学习下的合作学习等措施提高大学生自主学习能力。
Self-directed learning is a learning theory based on humanistic psychology,in which learn-ers set their learning contents and learning target,monitor their learning process,and assess their learning effectiveness under the guidance of their teacher.The non-intellectual factors that affect the autonomous learning of college students include self-efficiency,attribution theory,attitude,emotion,motivation and self-concept theory.Therefore,in order to promote the self-learning quality of college students,diver-sified autonomous learning strategies should be taken to inspire students to cultivate sound learning habit and develop cooperative learning among them.
