Determination of Content of Paeoniflorin Jinqi Capsules by HPLC

目的 建立HPLC法对金芪胶囊中芍药苷的含量测定方法.方法 选择Hypersil ODS柱（200 mm×4.6 mm,5μm）;乙腈-0.1％磷酸溶液（12∶88）为流动相;流速1.0mL/min;检测波长230nm,柱温为30℃.结果 金芪胶囊中芍药苷的含量在0.31～2.45μg的范围内,有良好的线性关系,r=0.9996,平均回收率为99.33％,稳定性（RSD）=0.14％,金芪胶囊中芍药苷的含量为0.5897mg/g.结论 该方法操作易行,稳定可靠,可用于金芪胶囊的质量控制.

Objective To establish a method for content determination of paeoniflorin in HPCL produced Jinqi capsule.Metheds Column Hypersil ODS column （200 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm ）;mobile phase, acetonitrile phosphoric acid solution （12 ： 88）; flow rate= 1.0 mL/min; detection wavelength ：230 nm,the column temperature was 30℃.Results The content of paeoniflorin Jinqi Capsules in the range of 0.31 to 2.45 μg showed a linear relationship,good r=0.9996,the average recovery was 99.33%, RSD = 0. 14%,and the content of paeoniflorin Jinqi Capsules was 0.5897mg/g.Cenclusien Being easy, stable and reliable,The method can be used for quality control of Jinqi capsules.
