The Effect of Penehyclidine Hydrochloride during Desflurane Anesthesia on Heart Rate and Blood Pressure by Monitoring Entropy

摘要 目的观察盐酸戊乙奎醚对地氟醚麻醉期间心率和血压的影响。方法 60例择期腹部手术患者随机分为戊乙奎醚组和阿托品组,每组30例。戊乙奎醚组术前予以戊乙奎醚0.01 mg/kg静注,阿托品组术前予以阿托品0.01 mg/kg静注,诱导气管内插管后,两组均以地氟醚挥发罐设定浓度2%开始,以每间隔30 s递增1%的方法吸入地氟醚-氧,直至达到满足手术要求并维持麻醉。麻醉诱导前(T0)、吸入地氟醚30min后(T1)、手术开始后60min(T2)及关腹膜后即刻(T3)观察心率(HR)增快、平均动脉压(MAP)升高情况和苏醒时间、拔管时间、术中知晓发生率以及苏醒期躁动评分。结果与T0比较,两组T1、T2及T3 HR增快,MAP升高(P<0.05);与戊乙奎醚组比较,阿托品组在T1、T2及T3 HR增快,MAP升高(P<0.05)。结论盐酸戊乙奎醚对地氟醚麻醉期间的HR和血压无影响。 Objective To observe the effec of penehyclidine hydrochloride during desflurane anesthesia on heart rate and blood pressure.Methods 60 patients with abdominal surgery of class were randomly divided into penehyclidine group and atropine group,30 cases in each group.Before surgery, P enehyclidine Group was given penehyclidine 0.01 mg/kg intravenous,while 0.01 mg/kg intravenous atropine for the patients in Atropine Group.After Endotracheal intubation, desflurane vaporizer was set at concentration of 2%, with an increase of ] % every 30 s interval to provide desflurane-oxygen concentration necessary for the surgery.Heart rate (HR), mean arterial pressure (MAP), respiratory recovery, extubation time, the incidence of intraoperative awareness and restlessness score were observed before induction of anesthesia (TO),30 min after desflurane (T1) ,60min after the beginning of surgery (T2) and immediately after perito- neal (T3).Results Compared with TO, HR was faster at T1, T2 and T3, MAP increased, (P〈0. 05) ;compared with the P group, HR was faster at T1 ,T2 and T3 in Atropine Group, MAP increased (P〈0.05),but with TO, two groups were not significantly different in HR and MAP; groups breathing recovery time,extubation time is shortened, restlessness score was not different.Conclusion Penehyclidine hydrochloride had no effect on heart rate and blood pressure during desflurane anesthesia.
