摘要
该文对我国当前食用油中传统检测指标及新型热点指标的检测方法作了归纳和总结,同时结合相关油脂生产工艺和现场调查情况,探讨了标准检测方法的适用性和新型检测方法的可行性。
In this paper, the summarization of detecting methods was done for traditional edible oils and new ones. The application of standard detecting methods and the feasibility of new detecting ones, which involved the product process and site investigation of edible oils, were discussed.
