摘要
随着经济的发展和生活水平的提高,国外的科研工作者和生产者对芝麻加工技术、芝麻及其制品成分分析、芝麻中微量成分和芝麻饼粕的利用、芝麻油掺伪进行了研究。该文对2008年以后国外的研究成果进行了总结。
With the development of the economic and enhancement of the living level, the researchers and the manufactures pay much attentions to the research on the sesame processing technology, analysis of sesame and its product, application of minor components in sesame and sesame cake & meal, sesame oil authentication. Many foreign researches made after 2008 are discussed in this paper.
