食物过敏普遍存在于当今世界,它影响了食物的食用安全,已引起广泛的注意并促进了相关研究的进行,该文综述了食物过敏原种类、过敏机制、过敏原检测和过敏防控并对其进行了展望。
Food allergy has become a serious problem all around the world and has been concerned widely in recent. This paper reviews the types of food allergens, allergic mechanisms, allergy testing and allergy prevention and its prospect.
