The ceremony to launch ＂Heng＇ai Action,＂ an activity to benefit impoverished children in the Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region, was held in Urumqi, capital of the autonomous region, on September 25. Women from around China knitted sweaters, for the children, during the event.
