吉林铁路管内食源性致病菌污染状况分析

摘要 为了解管内从吉林始发的旅客列车(包括动车组和普通列车)上销售食品中食源性致病菌的污染状况,采用随机抽样的方法对六类食品进行连续监测。2009年—2013年共采集六类食品448份,检出26株食源性致病菌,总检出率5.80%。其中金黄色葡萄球菌检出12株,检出率最高为2.70%(12/444);其次为单核细胞增生性李斯特氏菌检出10株,检出率2.23%(10/448);沙门氏菌检出3株,检出率0.67%(3/448);副溶血性弧菌检出1株,检出率1.33%(1/75)。由此可见,列车上销售的食品有些存在食源性致病菌污染,应加强卫生监督管理,以保护旅客身体健康。 In order to understand the pathogens contamination in the food sold on the trains (including CRH train and trains)from Jilin under the supervision of Jilin Disease Control and Prevention Center, By random samples to continuously monitor the six categories of food sold on the trains. In the years between 2009 and 2013, in the 448 food samples tested, 26 pathogens were detected with a detection rate of 5.80% , in particular 12 Staphylococcus aureus were detected, with the highest detection rate of 2.70% (12/444) ;10 Listeria monocytogenes were detected with second highest detection rate of 2. 23% ( 10/448 ) ; 3 samples contained Salmonella; detection rate 0. 67% ( 3/448 ) ; one sample contained the Vibrio Parahaemolyticus pathogen, detection rate 1.33% (1/75). Therefore, there was pathogen contamination in the food sold on the trains, and health supervision and management should be increased to ensure the safety of the passengers.
