Solid Waste Disposal and Resource is one of the most important special compulsive courses for students majored in environmental engineering. We put scientific research achievements into the course teaching to improve the teaching practice. Scientific research achievements are introduced into course teaching, resulting in the enrichment of teaching resources and the cultivation of students＂ engineering ability. The approach creates opportunities for students to put theory into practice. The measures have obtained the good teaching quality.
