摘要
为了更好地使用风电再生能源,使其顺利并入电网,在定义"负调峰能力"的基础上,给出了含风电接入系统的负调峰能力计算公式,据此分析了影响调峰能力的主要因素。以2014目标年西北电网为例,计算分析了该电网负调峰能力,给出了受此约束的风电接纳大小。
In order to better utilize renewable wind energy and to integrate it into the network, this paper, basis of the definition of "capacity of negative peak regulation", works out its calculation function for power with wind power , and according to the function analyzes the main factors influencing the capacity.
