The Influences of Lingnan Folk Custom on Guangdong College Students' Values

岭南民俗是粤大学生价值观形成的土壤与根基,其兼容并蓄、创新求变、重商务实、多元融合的精神,在粤大学生的价值观融合方面有很强的影响力。粤大学生在多元文化冲突、消费主义文化影响、社会转型中的价值选择表现出价值融合能力,对粤大学生的价值观教育,要重视主流核心价值观的载体,强调共识基础上的价值选择,并关注多元价值的融合与分化。

Lingnan folk custom is the soil and the foundation for shaping Guangdong College Students’ values. It is inclusive, innovative, mercantile, pragmatic, and pluralistic in nature, and has strong influences on Guangdong college students’ values. Under the impact of multicultural conflict, consumerism and social transition, Guangdong college students show the capabilities of value integration in their value selection. As a result, value education for Guangdong college students should focus on the following aspects： attaching importance to the carrier of mainstream core values, laying emphasis on value selection on the basis of consensus, and paying close attention to the integration and differentiation of pluralistic values.
