摘要
会计教学不仅要进行专业技能的学习,而且要进行情商领域的教育。目前会计人员的角色得到了延伸,会计工作不仅包括传统的记账职能,更需要参与到公司的经营管理与决策中。会计职业的成功更多的取决于情商,而不是专业能力。会计教学中的情商教育需要教育工作者的正确引导,并结合学习者的自身素质培养才能实现。
This paper holds that accounting teaching should focus on professional skills training, as well as EQ education. Such conclusion is based on the fact that the current roles of accountants have been expanded. They are not only involved in traditional jobs such as bookkeeping, but also in management and decision-making. As a result, becoming a successful accountant depends more on EQ, rather than on professional skills. To achieve successful EQ education in accounting teaching, this paper maintains that proper guidance from teachers is needed, and that it should be tailored according to the learners’ qualities.
