浅谈高校海洋仪器管理

自中共"十八大"提出海洋强国战略已来,国家更加重视对海洋研究方向的高等学校和科研院所的配套资助。大型仪器是高校生存和发展的重要物质基础。日渐增多的大型仪器设备数量对仪器管理工作提出了新的挑战,特别是不同于普通实验室仪器的海洋仪器的科学有效管理问题更加突出。阐述高校仪器管理现状,以我校海洋技术系仪器设备实际使用情况为例,尝试在逐级管理、专人负责、资源配置和奖惩制度方面探寻适合我校海洋仪器的管理办法。

Since the maritime power strategy was put forward in 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the government has being paying more attention and giving more financial aid to universities and research institutions related to marine research.Though they are important for university development,the increasing number of instruments have formed some new challenges to the instrument management of universities,especially that of the oceanographic instruments with more different features than other laboratory instruments.The present paper analyzed the status quo of the instrument management in Tianjin University of Science ＆Technology（TUST）,taking the oceanographic instrument management in marine technology department as example,and investigated the appropriate management of oceanographic instruments in TUST,from the persoective of management at different levels,job description,resources allocation and rewards and penalties.
