循证护理在老年慢性心力衰竭患者运动训练中的应用 被引量:6

摘要 目的通过循证护理探讨老年慢性心力衰竭患者运动训练的安全有效性。方法通过计算机检索中国知网、重庆维普网、医知网等数据库和手工检索相关文献得到可靠程度高的最佳护理证据,根据所得到的最佳证据并结合自己的临床经验,为老年慢性心力衰竭患者实施安全合理的运动训练措施。结果训练前后比较,运动训练后患者的心功能改善,LVEF明显升高(P<0.05),6分钟步行试验距离显著增加(P<0.01),KCCQ评分明显提高(P<0.01)。结论循证护理老年慢性心力衰竭患者运动训练安全有效,在严密监护及持续督导下老年慢性心力衰竭患者进行心肺功能康复运动是可行的,能够改善患者心功能,无严重心血管事件发生,提高了患者的生活质量。 Objectives To demonstrate the safety and effectiveness of exercise training for the elderly patients with chronic heart failure through evidence-based nursing.Methods Acquiring the reliable Nursing evidence through database and manual re-trieval on the CNKI net,the VIP net,the yz365 net.According to the evidence acquired,combined with our own clinical experiences, implement safe and rational exercise training measure for the elderly patients with chronic heart failure.Results Comparing the effect before and after the exercise,the patients cardio-pulmonary fuction has improved,the LVEF goes up(P〈0.01),the 6MWT in-creases and the KCCQ evaluation improved significantly(P〈0.01).Conclusions Evidence-based nursing in the exercise training for the elderly patients with chronic heart failure is safe and effective.Under Close monitoring and continuous supervision,the elderly patients with chronic heart failure undergone cardio-pulmonary recovery is feasible,It can improve the patients’ cardio-pulmonary fuction,no severe cardiovascular emergency occurs,the patients’ life quality has greatly improved.
