摘要
资产价格泡沫以及由此引发的金融危机一直是学界研究关注的热点。多数研究将资产价格泡沫视为货币现象,归因于预期与投机。本文在有无遗产动机条件下分别构建代际交叠(OLG)模型,发现资产价格与工资率和人口老龄化程度呈反向关系,由此发现资产价格泡沫的真实(非名义)成因。即资产价格泡沫不仅是货币现象,也可能是真实的长期经济现象。在此基础上,我们进一步推论在资产价格泡沫形成之后,工资率和人口老龄化程度的增长会加速泡沫的破裂。我们以美国和日本为样本进行实证分析,发现从中长期视角来看工资率和人口老龄化程度的增长确实导致了两国资产价格泡沫的破裂,这很好地验证了我们的理论结论。根据前面的研究,我们对中国的情况进行了分析,指出为避免当前国内的资产泡沫过快破裂而引发金融危机,政府应控制工资率的过快上升和延缓老龄化进程,并提出了如放开生育二胎等具体措施。
Building OLG models with and without bequest motive respectively, we find that asset price decreases when wage rate and the aging of population increase. The increase of wage rate and aging of population will burst an asset bubble. The empirical test with the data from America and Japan verify our theoretical results. We therefore analyze the asset bubble in China and provide some policy suggestions to prevent the burst of the bubble.
