充氮气调对小麦储藏品质的影响研究 被引量:13

EFFECT OF CONTROLLED ATMOSPHERE STORAGE WITH N2ON WHEAT STORAGE QUALITY

摘要 在15℃、25℃和35℃条件下充氮气调储藏小麦,常规储藏为对照,储期为8个月,试验结果表明:温度对小麦储藏品质各指标的影响较明显,如15℃时小麦发芽率稳定在89%左右,而35℃时则降至80%左右.充氮气调储藏对小麦的降落数值影响较大,在15℃时充氮组比常规组高15 s,25℃时基本一致,35℃时充氮组比常规组低14 s,对其他储藏品质指标影响不大.综合来看,低温条件下能较好地保持小麦储藏品质,而充氮气调只有在高温条件下才能表现出一定的优越性. Taking normal storage as the control, we studied the wheat storage qualities under controlled atmosphere storage with N2 at 15 ℃, 25 ℃ and 35 ℃ for eight months. The results showed that temperature had significant effects on each storage quality index of wheat. For example, the wheat germination rate was kept stable at 89% at 15 ℃, but decreased to about 80% at 35 ℃. Controlled atmosphere storage with N2 had large effect on the falling number of wheat, but had less effects on other storage quality indexes; the falling number of wheat of the controlled atmosphere storage group was higher than that of the normal group by 15 seconds at 15 ℃ , substantially consistent to the normal group at 25 ℃ , and smaller than that of the normal group by 14 seconds at 35 ℃. Comprehensively, low temperature could well keep the wheat storage quality; and controlled atmosphere storage with N2 could show superiority only at high temperature.
