摘要 根据铜(Ⅱ)能催化溴酸钾氧化靛蓝胭脂红的褪色反应,建立一种快速简捷的测定铜(Ⅱ)的新方法.优化试验条件:最大吸收波长、氧化剂及显色剂用量、活化剂用量、缓冲溶液酸度及用量、反应温度、反应时间.在选定的最佳试验条件下,当铜(Ⅱ)浓度在0-10μg/25mL范围时,ΔA与铜(Ⅱ)浓度呈良好的线性关系.其回归方程为:ΔA=0.014C+0.0011,相关系数r=0.9996,检测限为0.0086μg/mL,加标回收率为97.4%-100.4%. According to the fading reaction that copper(II)can catalyze potassium bromate oxidize indigo carmine,a rapid and simple new method to determination of copper(II)is established.Optimization of experimental conditions:the maximum absorption wavelength,oxidizing agent and dosage of chromogenic agent,activating agent dosage,buffer solution acidity and dosage,reaction temperature,reaction time.In the conditions selected,when the copper(II)at the concentration of 0-10μg/25 mL,ΔAand the copper(II)concentration shows a good linear relationship.The regression equation is:ΔA=0.014 C +0.0011,the correlation coefficient r=0.9996,the detection limit is 0.0086μg/mL,and the recovery is97.4%-100.4%.
