摘要
20CrMnTi齿轮钢经加热锻打成齿轮毛坯后,综合分析了表面开裂试样的外观、化学成分、非金属夹杂物、金相组织等。结果表明,齿轮钢加热温度过高,奥氏体晶粒粗大,并形成魏氏组织,导致锻打毛坯开裂。并提出预防锻打开裂的措施。
Appearance,chemical composition,non-metallic inclusions and microstructures were made comprehensive analysis on the surface cracking sample for 20 CrMnTi gear blank after heating and forged.The results showed that the heating temperature of gear steel was too high,resulting in the austenite grain coarsening and forming widmannstatten structure,causing forging blank cracking.Then preventive measure of forging cracking was put forward.
