一种小型零件热处理炉的设计

摘要 电阻炉通过电热元件将电能转化为热能,加热炉内的金属。电阻炉比火焰炉热效率高、温度易控制、操作条件好、炉体寿命长,适用于加热制度要求较严的工件加热,但电费较高。本文根据小型零件加热条件设计了一种性能和经济效益良好,且效率高的热处理炉。计算了电阻炉的功率、空炉升温时间,并选择和计算了电热元件的材料。在设计炉子的基础上,优化了炉门以及炉衬,使炉门的密封性和保温性能更优良。 The electric resistance furnace converts electrical energy into heat energy through electro thermal components,and heats metal in the furnace.The thermal efficiency of resistance furnace is more than flame furnace,easy to control temperature,good operating conditions and durable life-time.It applies to workpiece with strict heating system,but electrical cost is higher.According to the heating condition of small part,a heat treatment furnace with good performance and economic benefit and high efficiency is designed in this paper.The power of electric resistance furnace and heating time in empty funrnace are calculated,as well as material of electrical heating element celected and calculated.Based on the design of furnace,the furnace door and furnace lining are optimized,in order to make the leakfness and thermal insulation properties of the furnace door are better.
