摘要
在热处理过程中,能量的供给形式不同,导致实际能量的利用效率也不同。通过加热过程中能量供给的控制,实验验证可以提高整个加热过程中的能量利用率。实验表明加热过程中通过控制能量供给的方法可以提高能量利用效率,节能效果明显,与平均能耗的正负差高达28.28%。即在不增加任何投入的基础上通过改变能量供给就可实现节能减排,为热处理等相关的耗能行业实现节能提供了一个新的思路。
In the process of heat treatment,the different forms of power supply cause the different energy utilization efficiency.Experiments show that the control of power supply in the heating process can improve the energy utilization efficiency.The experimental results show that the method to control the power supply of the heating process can improve evident energy saving effect of the energy utilization efficiency,and the average energy consumption of the positive and negative difference is as high as 28.28%.Based on without increase in any investment,the energy saving and emission reduction can be realized by changing the way of power supply.At the same time,for heat treatment and other related industry to achieve the energy saving provides a new train of thought.
