基于网格服务的森工企业应急知识管理体系构建

摘要 针对森工企业面对突发事件无法快速、有效获得应急知识的问题,基于网格服务理论和技术,构建森工企业应急知识管理体系,为森工企业应对突发事件时快速有效获取应急知识提供一种新的途径。构建的森工企业应急知识管理体系包括资源层、语义网络层和应用层等三个层次,可以实现各数据空间中知识元的提取、赋予语义实现计算机的自动搜索和处理、智能化的接受用户指令并反馈知识。研究结果一方面指导了森工企业应急实践,另一方面丰富了基于网格服务的应急知识管理内涵,为之后的研究提供基础。 For problems that forest enterprises face of unexpected events can not be fast, efficient access to emergency knowledge, based on grid services theory and technologies, constructing emergency forestry enterprises knowledge management system, provides a new way when forestry enterprises respond to emergencies as quickly and efficiently obtain emergency knowledge. Forestry enterprises emergency knowledge management system includes three levels of resource layer, semantic network layer and application layer, it can realize the knowledge element extraction in data space, giving semantics to achieve the computer automatically search, and accept user instructions intelligently and feedback knowledge. The results on the one hand guided the practice of forestry enterprises emergency, on the other hand, it has enriched the connotation of emergency knowledge management based on grid services, and providing the basis for later studies.
