杆件安装应力对网架结构的性能影响

摘要 通过对网架试验模型进行安装应力测量,发现少数杆件安装应力较大,甚至接近杆件稳定应力.通过承载力试验,发现安装应力使压杆提前屈曲失稳,降低网架结构极限承载力,危害整体结构安全.考虑不同的结构初始缺陷引入方式,采用随机有限元方法对网架工程算例进行极限承载力分析,对比分析发现网架结构对杆件安装应力较敏感,对节点坐标偏差缺陷不敏感.网架结构受力全过程分析时,应当考虑安装应力的不利影响. Member Assembly stress was a kind of initial stress,which reflected on the member length imperfections.It was found that the assembly stress of some was large which was as far as to stabilize stress,by the way of stress measure of space truss test model.The ultimate ability test was employed,while it was found that assembly stress made pressure strut buckling in advance.Assembly stress reduced limited ability and done damage to safety of overall structure.Based on different initial imperfection methods,random finited element method was adopted to get the ultimate ability of space truss project.By result comparison,it was found that space truss was sensitive to member assembly but node coordinate deviation.In the process analysis of structure behavior,the disadvantage of assembly should be accounted.
