摘要 汽车座椅作为汽车被动安全系统的重要组成部件之一,其功能除了支撑乘员重心,减轻乘员疲劳,提供舒适环境保证驾驶员对汽车的稳定操作之外,还在事故中起避免或减少乘员受伤害程度的作用,世界各国对汽车座椅强度都有严格要求.针对《机动车辆及挂车分类》(GB/T15089—2001)中的M,N类汽车所用座椅,介绍了国内外几种常用汽车座椅强度的检测方法与设备,并提出了未来汽车座椅检测试验研究中需要解决的一些问题. As one of the most important components of passive safety systm,vehicle seat no only provide a support for occupant,reduce fatigue,keep a comfortable environment for driver to ensure stabilization work,but also has an effect,that to avoid or reduce the occupant injury degree,in the accident.There are strict requirements on vehicle seat strength,aim to vehicle seat,used for M and N class vehicle,whichs describe in(GB/T15089—2001Classification of power-driven vehicles and trailers),several kinds of detection methods and equipment for vehicle seat strength was reviewd in this paper.Finally,the needs of future research were proposed.
