摘要 针对现有煤矿多条带式输送机没有实现集中控制的问题,提出了基于CAN总线的8条带式输送机集中控制系统设计。控制系统由操作台、矿用带式输送机综合保护装置、各种传感器组成。通过综合保护装置实现了故障保护,利用CAN总线技术实现主站和从站之间数据共享和联合控制。编写了上位机软件实现实时监控。实际应用表明,该系统保障了煤矿的生产安全,提高了煤矿运输设备的自动化水平。 Now aiming at the problem of multiple belt conveyors no realization of centralized control in the coal mine, eight-stage belt conveyor with centralized control system design based on CAN Bus was submitted. The controlled system consists of console, comprehensive protection device of mine belt conveyor, multiples of sensors. Through the comprehensive protection device, the fault protection was realized, made use of CAN Bus technology, the data share and the cooperative control came true between Host Station and slave station. Real-time monitoring system is realized by using the host computer software. The practical application show that the system protects safety of coal mine production, improve the automation level of coal mine transportation.
