摘要 针对在薄煤层复杂地质条件下,采煤机截割部的挡煤以及动态特性低等问题展开分析和研究,在现有采煤机截割部结构特点基础上进行改进和优化,提出了一种新型的薄煤层采煤机截割部。采用Pro/E和ADAMS工具对改进前后的截割部进行仿真对比,研究结果表明,新型截割部设计动态特性优于传统的截割部。 The paper mainly analysis and research the problem of block coal and the lower dynamic characteristics of shearer cutting part in complicated geological conditions such as thin coal seam.Based on the structure characteristics of coal winning machine cutting part, gives the improvement and optimization. This paper with the tools of Pro/E and ADAMS simulation comparison of the cutting part before and after the improvement, the research results show that the dynamic characteristics of the design of new type cutting part is superior to the traditional cutting department.
