摘要
刮板输送机的链轮组件是驱动部分的关键部件,链轮组件的设计主要从几个方面着手:轴的强度,轴承的支承位置的设计,润滑方式以及浮动油封的使用等。可以对其进行力学的仿真分析,还可以对链轮的非线性有限元进行分析改善其受力状况。
Sprocket assembly of scraper conveyor is driven part of the key components of the design chain wheel assembly, mainly from several aspects, shaft strength,design support position bearing,lubrication and floating oil use, analysis of simulation can be carried out mechanics on it, also the nonlinear finite element analysis of sprocket improve the force condition.
