摘要
在矿用机载湿式除尘器中,喷嘴是其关键部件,其流量、广角及雾化液滴直径对除尘效率有直接关系。通过试验研究了供水水压与流量、雾化角之间的数学关系,并用FLUENT软件进行CFD模拟,模拟结果与试验数据基本吻合,证明CFD分析模型有效性;分析了喷嘴雾化机理,提出了喷嘴选用原则。
The nozzle is a very important part of the mining airborne wet collecting equipment. The flow rate, wide Angle and atomized droplet diameter have a direct effect on dust removal efficiency.The author researched the relationship between hydraulic pressure and mathematical, and the relationship between the atomization angle and hydraulic pressure, by lots of experiment. Used FLUENT software to CFD simulate and the result was roughly?identical?to experimental?data; Analyzed atomization mechanism of nozzle and provided the chosen principle of nozzle.
