摘要
通过对挖装工作机构进行工况分析,建立相应的数学几何参数模型,确定3个主要油缸的摆动角方程、工作力目标函数和整个挖装工作机构的工作力目标函数,并用Solidworks motion软件对挖装工作机构进行运动学和动力学仿真模拟,从而观察其运动干涉和受力情况,对其参数进行优化。
Through operating mode analysis on digging work mechanism, corresponding mathematic model for geometric parameters is set; the oscillation equation angle and the objective function work forc e of the three main oil cylinder, and of the entire digging work mechanism are determined in this article. Kinematic and dynamic analysis of digging work mechanism is simulated with Solidworks motion software in order to observe the movement interference and stress distribution, and to optimize the parameters.
