摘要
为了解决煤矿无轨胶轮车跑车带来的安全问题,基于煤矿轨道运输防跑车装置及高速公路紧急避险车道工程经验,从人、车、路、行车环境等几方面对煤矿无轨胶轮车防跑车技术做了系统地研究。提出了预防和紧急避险的理念,设计了常开智能柔式防跑车装置及紧急避险车道的具体参数和理论计算公式。解决了无轨胶轮车防跑车技术难题,为运输安全管理提供了参考依据,具有较好的推广应用前景。
In order to solve the security problems of the trackless rubber-tyred vehicle in coal mine,based on the automatic anti-slipped device of coal mine railway transportation and the engineering experience of highway hedge emergency lane, from the aspects of people, vehicles, road and traffic environment on mine trackless rubber tire vehicle anti-slipped technology are systematically studied.Prevention and emergency hedge ideas are proposed, trackless rubber tire vehicle anti-slipped device is designed, specific parameters and theoretical calculation formula of the emergency lane is given. This study solves trackless rubber tire vehicle anti-slipped technical problem, and provides a reference for safety management of the coal mine transportation scheme, so it has a better application prospecting.
