摘要
通过对液压支架的偏载受力分析,根据扭转角来建立变形协调方程式,利用MATLAB进行求解,求得前后连杆承受弯矩、扭矩,利用几何解析法验证上述计算结果的正确性,校核液压支架前后连杆的强度,解决了液压支架前后连杆长期以来根据经验分配扭矩的问题。
The force of the unbalanced load of hydraulic support is analyzed. Then, it constructs a tectonic deformation coordination equation through space torsion angle and calculates out the bending moment and torque of retral and fore linkage by using MATLAB.A method of analytic geometry is used to verify the calculation results and the strength of retral and fore linkage is checked. After that, it is solved that the method of four-bar linkage mechanism torque distribution of the retral and fore linkage is analyzed by experience.
