摘要
为了深入了解溜槽在不同工况下的受力状况,通过建立溜槽模型,利用模拟仿真技术分别针对溜槽在推溜、拉架、采煤机经过3种工况下的受力状况、结构强度进行分析。结果表明,溜槽受力工况复杂,且在榫头、推移耳板、齿轨座、铲板等多处受力情况最明显。为进一步优化溜槽结构提供了借鉴。
In order to deeply know about the force condition of chute in different condition, according to build the 3D modal, both the structural strength and force condition is analyzed respectively for the three working condition of chute named chute pushing, hydraulic support pulling, and when coal cutter crossing. The result shows that the force condition of chute is complex and the stress condition is most severely on tenon, ear plate, cogged seat, Rump, etc. It provides references on optimizing the structure of chute.
