矿用圆环链修接单环热处理技术及工艺

Mining Circular Ring Chain Repaired on Single Ring Heat Treatment Technology and Process

采用自行研发的矿用圆环链修接单环热处理设备,研究了修接单环的快速淬火热处理工艺,通过硬度、组织分布测试观察对加热特性进行了分析,测试了修接链条的性能。结果表明,淬火加热组织、性能沿链环分布均匀,回火加热具有中频感应加热差温回火特点,修接链条各项性能满足国标要求。

Mining circular chain using self-developed repair of repaired rapid quenching of single ring with single ring heat treatment equipment, through hardness, tissue distribution test to observe the heating characteristics are analyzed, repaired the chain performance test. The results show that quenching organization, performance, uniform distribution along the chain, tempering temperature tempering characteristics with medium frequency induction heating, repaired the performance meet the national standard requirements of chain.
