摘要
导向滑靴是采煤机的一个重要零件,当采煤机在刮板输送机上行走时,导向滑靴起导向和支撑作用,承受几万牛的压力。利用计算机模拟软件V-Cast对导向滑靴的凝固过程进行了数值模拟,根据模拟结果设计了3个冒口和半封闭浇注系统,模拟结果表明,设计的工艺消除了导向滑靴的铸造缺陷。
Oriented slipper is an important part of shearer. when shearer walks on the scraper conveyor, the oriented slipper serves for orientation and supporting, which bears tens of thousands of Newtons. The computer simulation software V-Cast was applied to analyze the solidification process of the oriented slipper, Three risers and semi-closed gating system were designed, The simulation result showed the process eliminated those defects.
