摘要
应用FLUENT软件,对影响前混合水射流喷丸喷嘴出口10 mm处离散相轴向速度的喷嘴几何参数中圆柱段长度、收敛角和扩散角进行正交试验,并对喷嘴内外流场中连续相和离散相的运动规律进行了系统分析。结果表明:影响离散相在喷嘴出口10 mm处轴向速度的主次因素排序为:圆柱段长度、扩散角、收敛角;连续相和离散相具有相似的运动规律,在内流场,两者轴向速度分为3个加速段和1个减速段;在外流场,核心段连续相轴向速度基本不发生改变,离散相下降缓慢,此段为喷丸最佳靶距范围;此后连续相和离散相轴向速度近似均匀下降,下降速率明显大于核心段。
Using FLUENT software to analysis the effect of premixed water jet shot peening nozzle exit10 mm nozzle geometric parameters of discrete phase axial velocity in the cylinder length, the convergence angle and the diffusion angle of orthogonal test and the peening nozzle internal and external flow field movement of continuous phase and discrete phase. The results show that: the impact of the discrete phase in the ranking factors nozzle exit 10 mm axial velocity: the cylindrical length,diffusion angle, the convergence angle; In the inflow field, both the axial velocity variation can be divided into three accelerate sections and one deceleration section. In the outflow field, the axial velocity of continuous phase does not change in the jet core section, the axial velocity of discrete phase decreases more slowly, so this section is the best shot peening target distance; then the continuous phase and the discrete phase axial velocity decreases to approximately uniform rate of decline was significantly higher than that the jet flow core section.
