采煤机调高泵箱的改进设计

分析了工作面工况变化时,采煤机调高泵箱存在的问题,根据存在的问题,对调高泵箱进行改进设计。改进后提高了工作可靠性;新设计了一种加油组件,使油箱加油简便、易操作;新设计了保护框架,有效保护调高阀组;内置冷却水管改为外置板式冷却器,改善了冷却效果。

This paper analyzed the problems exited on the shearer hydraulic increase station,when the working conditions changed in the workface, according the problems existed,maked improvements to hydraulic increase station design.After improving the design, tank was enhanced the working reliability;newly designed a oiling component, which maked the oiling to the tank easy to operate; newly designed a protection frame, which protected increase valve manifold effectively; built-in cooling water pipes changed to an external plate cooler, the cooling effect is improved.
