摘要
介绍了ZFYD型反井钻机在西南地区特殊岩层下原机配套钻具的不适应问题,通过对岩石岩性、破碎机理、扩孔刀盘支承箱振动防松等方面的研究,改进了钻具(稳定钻杆、芯轴、滚刀、扩孔刀盘支承箱)的结构和性能,使其满足此特殊岩层下的施工需求。
Introduced suited problem ZFYD raiseboring drilling tools of origil machine supporting in the southwest special rock, through the study of rock lithology, crushing mechanism, reaming cutter bearing vibration lock box and other aspects of, improved drilling tools（drill stability, mandrel, hob,reaming cutter bearing boxes） structure and performance, it to meet the construction needs of this particular rock under.
