摘要 利用CFDESIGN软件对液压支架大流量安全阀阀芯的三维模型进行流场分析,研究了阀芯优化前后的流体介质的速度和压力变化,并对优化结果进行了实验验证,结果表明CFD理论计算和试验结果具有一致性,实现了高压大流量安全阀结构参数的高效设计与优化,缩短了研发周期,减少研发成本。 Applied CFDESIGN software, the flow field in the 3D model of large flux safety valve spool of the hydraulic support was analyzed in detail. The changes in fluid velocity and pressure before and after the experiment were carefully studied, and the result was examined by experimental tests. It has been found that the CFDESIGN theoretical calculation is in concordance with the experimental result,which makes the structural parameter of the high pressure large flux relief valve possible to be better designed. Therefore, the research period could be shorten, and the cost could be cut down.
