摘要
按照MT 312-2000《液压支架通用技术条件》的规定,利用Pro/E软件对顶梁进行建模和装配,使用ANSYS Workbench对3种不同的工况进行有限元分析,对此顶梁的3种工况进行比较得出较为恶劣的工况,使用疲劳分析工具箱对其进行疲劳寿命分析与安全系数分析,得出该工况下顶梁的寿命危险部位。对顶梁的设计提供指导方向和意见。
According to provisions of MT 312-2000 《Hydraulic support general technical conditions》,the roof timber was modeled and assembled by Pro/E 3D software. Using Workbench to carry out the stress results of the three work conditions of the roof timber. Getting the worst result from the analysis of the three conditions, then use the fatigue and safety factor toolbox to get the dangerous part of the roof timber. The result provides guidance and advice for the design of the roof timber.
