摘要
液压支架的顶梁和底座是支架的关键部件,其在支架重量中占很大比例。通过Workbench中的Design Explore对顶梁和底座进行多工况优化,可以得到有效全面的优化结果,在保证强度要求的情况下可以有效的降低整个支架的重量,对实际支架的设计起到指导意义。
The canopy and base are the key components of hydraulic support and they occupy most weight of hydraulic support. We can optimize the canopy and base at multiple load case by using Design Explore of Workbench. We can get more comprehensive optimizing results. In the case of meeting the requirement of stress, we can effectively reduce the weight of the hydraulic support. The optimizing result will be useful to directs us to design the hydraulic support in the future.
