摘要
利用成熟的PLC控制器控制液压支架,提高液压支架电液控制系统的可靠性。解决了PLC控制的程序架构设计和模拟量信号的处理等难点问题,同时给出了相应的程序流程图和相应的程序梯形图。
The use of mature PLC controller to control the hydraulic support,to improve the reliability of hydraulic support electro-hydraulic control system.This paper solved the PLC control program, such as the architectural design and analog signal processing problems, and presents the corresponding program flow chart and the corresponding ladder diagram.
