摘要
针对现有仪器在矿井提升机钢丝绳监测方面的不足,设计了一种基于LabVIEW的矿井提升机钢丝绳张力在线监测系统。监测系统由传感器、数据处理电路及PC机构成,传感器将采集到的钢丝绳张力信号实时传递给数据处理电路,处理后的信号通过串口发送到PC机,通过PC机上的软件对数据进行进一步的处理、显示及异常报警。
For the existing inadequate monitoring of mine hoist rope, a kind of mine hoist ropes line monitoring system based on LabVIEW is designed. The monitoring system is consisted of sensors, data processing circuit and PC machine.Sensor will pass rope tension signal to the data processing in real time.The processed signal is sent to the PC machine.The data is further processed and displayed by PC software on the machine.
