摘要 针对振动筛存在的启动和停机阶段产生的共振问题,对偏心块的结构进行优化,设计了一种滑动式偏心块。建立了振动筛的数学模型和虚拟样机模型,并对优化前后的样机模型进行仿真。通过分析比较,优化后的振动筛在启动和停机阶段共振的振幅明显减小,橡胶弹簧的受力条件得到了改善。可为振动筛的优化设计提供参考。 An optimized eccentric block is designed to solve resonance problem of vibrating screen during startup and shutdown phases. The mathematical model and the virtual prototype model of the optimized vibrating screen have been established and simulated. Through the analysis and comparison,the resonance amplitude of the optimized vibrating screen decreases obviously during startup and shutdown phases, the stress conditions of the rubber spring have been improved. It can provide reference for optimization design of the vibrating screen.
