摘要
煤炭综采作业中,采煤机搬运车主要完成在不同作业面之间的采煤机搬运和输送,同时为了适应采煤机爬坡要求,搬运车需设置调高装置并能够自动调整水平角度。主要对2种工况下的采煤机搬运车作业状态,借助动力学软件RecurDYN进行动态仿真分析已得到真实的搬运车作业数据,为进一步优化和改进采煤机搬运车提供理论参考。
In mechanized operation of coal, shearer drum is mainly completed in different operation between the coal mining machine handling and transportation, at the same time in order to meet the requirements for grade of shearer, and carrier should be set up device and can automatically adjust the horizontal Angle. Paper mainly discusses the two kinds of working conditions of shearer drum job status, with the help of dynamics to analyze the dynamic simulation software RecurDYN has been real truck operation data, in order to further optimize and improve the coal winning machine carrier to provide theoretical reference.
