摘要
针对煤矿铲运机桥冷却系统在实际使用中经常存在的漏油问题,介绍了煤矿铲运机桥冷却系统的工作原理及计算,分析了漏油故障的主要原因,经过实际测量结合桥中湿式多盘制动器冷却条件的要求,初步判断制动器的进口压力太大,给出了相应的解决方法。分别对改造管路和增加节流的两种解决办法,进行冷却系统的实际测试,结果表明在增加节流的作用下能够减少压差和流量。并在现场的使用中取得到了良好的效果。
The problem of oil leakage of cooling system of coal mine scraper bridge often exist in practical use, introduces the working principle and calculation of mine scraper bridge hydraulic cooling system, analyzes the main reasons of oil leakage, through actual measurement combined with bridge in wet multiple disk brake cooling conditions, a preliminary judge brake inlet pressure is too high, given the corresponding solution change pipeline and increase the throttle of the two solutions, the test results show that the cooling system can reduce the differential pressure and flow rate increase in the throttle effect. And good results are obtained in field use.
